Term & Condition

This web page represents a legal document and is the Terms of Use (Agreement) for our service. Please review the following terms carefully and for additional clarification of this agreement.

Terms of Price, Payment and Delivery

• Price are based on FOB Indonesia ( Surabaya or Semarang Port ).
• Payment method: Bank transfer (TT).
• Make a down payment of 50% to start production (Order Confirmation) in the allocated bank account or on behalf of our company.
• We will send your order once we have received the remaining 50% of your invoice.
• The original documents will be given to you once payment has been received.
• Minimum order is 1 x 20 ft container.

Terms of Production

Estimated production time is required:

• 20 ft : 30-45 business days or shorter
• 40 ft : 40-50 business days or shorter

Note: The above estimate does not include the time it will take to create a new packaging concept for your brand (if you don't already have one).

Extra Services

We are committed to long-term business relationships and provide additional services to our customers, which include the following:

• We provide free design packaging for all of your custom projects in order to save you time and safeguard your brand's identity.
• We are dedicated to protecting our clients' brand names. A letter of agreement for long-term business continuity will be included in every deal we enter into.
• Each order and delivery procedure is documented with high-quality photographs.
• To satisfy your requirements, we offer a wide range of product sizes.
